My name is Jen Ramsey and I live in Sharon, SC.  I have been married to my husband, Lee, for 29 years and we have two daughters - Maddie (16) and Emmi (13).  We are members of Filbert Presbyterian Church.

Lee and I have coached our girls since they started in 6U and have been involved in travel organizations for 8 years.

I began my collegiate softball career at Furman University before transferring to Winthrop University my sophmore year.  While earning my bachelor's degree in Computer Science, I was a member of the 1990 Big South Championship team, a three-time All Big South First Team selection, one-time All Big South Tournament First Team selection, and recipient of the Winthrop Student Athlete Leadership Award. I have more than 10 years of coaching experience at various age levels.

We formed Palmetto Heat Softball based out of York, SC in the spring of 2025.
